The Thunderbird School of Global Management Consulting group was asked in the spring of 2013 to develop a strategic economic development plan for the vacant commercially zoned properties in the Litchfield Park and to identify specific uses for each parcel. They were asked to engage some of the property owners during their preparation. The final project was presented to the City Council on April 17, 2013.
