Litchfield Park hosts its annual Christmas in the Park event on the second Saturday in December each year.  Christmas in the Park is a family-focused event that is free and open to the public.  It traditionally includes a hometown parade, arts & crafts vendors, local stage acts, and a number of children’s activities.  

Holiday Market 

Vendors will be selling gift giving items and affordable art on the Library Lawn on Saturday from 9am - 5pm. Food vendors will also be onsite.

Hometown Parade 

Kicking off Christmas in the Park is our parade starting at 10am Saturday morning. The parade has become one our most memorable parts of Christmas in the Park! If your group is interested in participating, complete the parade application by November 17, 2023. Entry is free. 

Performances

As part of the celebration, the City of Litchfield Park will be providing free entertainment for event attendees throughout the day. If you or your group would like to perform as a stage act at this year’s event, please complete the performer's application by October 31, 2023. Entry is free.

Family Activities 

Following the parade, join us in the center of town between 11am-5pm to experience fun & free holiday-themed activities, including stage acts, inflatables, crafts, mini golf and a petting zoo! You'll also have the chance to take photos with Santa.
