Political Committees
Political Committees must file a Statement of Organization and file Campaign Finance Reports with the City Clerk in accordance with the Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 16, Chapter 6, Campaign Contributions. Campaign Finance Reports are due by the close of business on the filing date. Campaign Finance forms are available on this website. For assistance in completing the report, refer to the Campaign Finance Report Handbook of Instructions.

Political Signs
Political signs may be subject to disclosure requirements found in the Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 16. Litchfield Park’s sign regulations are contained within the Zoning Code, Section 35: Political Signs. Political signs to require a temporary sign permit. There may be additional regulations on signs in the City Zoning Code. Questions on signage regulations contained in the City Zoning Code should be directed to Code Enforcement at 623-889-6215. Public notices and meeting agendas are posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Law. Notices and/or agendas are posted a minimum of twenty-four (23) hours prior to a meeting.
