Our Yard of the Quarter Program, sponsored by the Recreation and Public Grounds (RPG) Commission, recognizes outstanding yards in Litchfield Park. Harry and Pat Kieling are the most recent recipients with this beautiful drought tolerant landscape design. The Kielings credit their gardener Roberto Salinas for keeping their yard in top shape. 

If you’d like to nominate your yard for Yard of the Quarter, or know of another beautiful yard you admire, please complete our online form.  Nominations for the 3rd quarter of 2023 will be open through September 30th.  Nominations for the 4th quarter of 2023 will be accepted from October 1st through December 31st.

If you are interested in the RPG Commission and would like to know what they are working on, please feel free to attend their monthly meetings.  RPG meetings are typically held on the second Thursday of each month.  Agendas, minutes, and video recordings of RPG meetings can be accessed through the home page of our website at https://www.litchfieldpark.gov/
